• Any advance paid for bookings is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Eligible Refunds:

• Full or partial refunds may be processed for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance, based on case-by-case evaluation.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

No Refunds For:

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations

• Trips canceled due to customer delays or misinformation
