Booking & Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A confirmation will be sent via call, WhatsApp, or email after payment or advance.

Usage & Conduct:

• The vehicle must be used only for the purpose agreed upon.

• Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence will be chargeable.

Driver & Timing:

• Our drivers follow strict safety and conduct protocols.

• Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen events are not under our control, but we strive to minimize them.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride to avoid cancellation charges.

Liability:
Vel Tours & Travels is not responsible for loss of personal items during the trip.
